Itinerary

Itinerary

Day 1 – Regina, SK to Calgary, AB

Take the WestWorld coach from Regina and Saskatoon (with pick ups along route) to Calgary for the first night.

Fly-in travellers arrive Calgary at any time and make your way to the hotel.

Day 2 – Calgary to Three Valley Gap

A stop in Banff with free time to explore this charming town. Then a picture stop at beautiful Lake Louise, before travelling on to Three Valley Gap. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided Ghost Town Tour followed by a BBQ Dinner.

Day 3 – Revelstoke to Victoria

Today you head for the coast. You will stop in Hope for lunch and depending on our schedule there may be time to browse the shops and have coffee at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Keep your eyes open for whales and other sea life as you sail through the gulf islands and on to your home away from home, Victoria for seven nights.

Day 4 – Victoria

Free morning to get acquainted with our home, the Royal Scot Hotel & Suites, a block from the inner harbour. Your room will have a kitchenette.  There are many interesting sights within a short walk of our hotel. This afternoon we will have a city tour including scenic Marine Drive. We may even get to do some beachcombing!

Day 5 – Victoria

First stop today is the Malahat Skywalk.  A fairly new attraction, it’s a Spiral wooden ramp leading up to a 32-meter viewing deck for panoramas over sea inlets & mountains.  Heading further up the island to Nanaimo to sample one of Canada’s most iconic desserts.  No trip to the island would be complete without a stop at the one of the most accessible stands of Douglas Firs on Vancouver Island with some of the trees over 800 years old!

 

Day 6 – Victoria

Today is all about Chemainus.  Arriving mid morning, a leisurely walking tour of the many murals this town is known for.  The Chemainus Mural Project is the world’s leading community-driven art tourism experience.  We will take in a matinee show at the nationally famous Chemainus Theatre Festival.

Day 7 – Victoria

Enjoy a free day to explore downtown Victoria! Ask your tour director for suggestions on things to do and see in the area during your free time!  Perhaps you'd like to take in a whale watching cruise, ghost walk, visit a museum, take a pickle boat ride around the harbour, the options are endless!

Day 8 – Victoria - Butchart & Butterfly Gardens

Board the coach for Butchart Gardens. For over 90 years this amazing 50 acre garden has been a symbol of Victoria’s beauty. You will also stop at the Butterfly Gardens today.

Day 9 – Victoria

Your last day in Victoria is a free day!

Day 10 – Victoria to Kelowna

One last ferry crossing. You will stop again in Hope for lunch. The evening in Kelowna is spent at your leisure. 

Day 11 – Kelowna

A leisurely free morning to stroll along the Okanagan Lake.  This afternoon we will have a wine tasting at one of the many vineyards surrounding Kelowna.  Tonight, join your fellow travellers, bus driver and tour director for WestWorld Tour’s Farewell Dinner

Day 12 – Kelowna to Calgary, AB

Today your first stop will be in Revelstoke, then on to Golden for lunch. Calgary passengers bid us farewell while the rest of the passengers overnight in Calgary.

Day 13 – Calgary to Regina, SK

Say goodbye to your fellow travellers this morning as the coach departs Calgary for Regina, via Saskatoon with drop offs along the way.

Fly-in travellers depart at your leisure.
