Day 1 – Home Cities to New York City

On arrival you will be transferred to your Manhattan hotel for the next five nights. The hotel is centrally located and is less than 200 metres from Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, The Ed Sullivan Theater and Radio City Music Hall.

One World Trade Center

Day 2 – New York

This morning, depart on a captivating journey through the heart of the city with a knowledgeable local guide. Your exploration will encompass renowned landmarks such as Greenwich Village, Wall Street, Little Italy, Chinatown, The Empire State Building, and a poignant pause at the 9/11 Memorial to reflect upon its grounds.

Following this, elevate your perspective with a swift 47-second elevator ride to the 102nd floor of the One World Trade Center. Here, not only will you be treated to breathtaking 360-degree views of New York, but you will also experience a riveting audiovisual spectacle capturing the pulsating rhythms of the city. Explore a multimedia extravaganza on 145 screens that showcases memorable moments, famous faces, and iconic places. Engage with interactive presentations led by ‘Skyline Concierges’, delving deeper into the rich tapestry of neighborhoods, history, and culture.

Before returning to Times Square, our final stop is the 9/11 Museum. A self-guided tour will take you through a profound exploration of the museum, offering a nuanced understanding of the events of 9/11 and their impact. Compelling artifacts and stories will illuminate this significant chapter in history, providing a moving and insightful experience.

Statue of Liberty

Day 3 – New York

Embark on a day of discovery as you board a ferry to explore the rich history of Liberty Island and Ellis Island, set against the backdrop of the stunning New York City skyline. Your first destination is Liberty Island, where you will be treated to breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty, the iconic symbol of freedom. Take in the sights and sounds as you visit the Statue of Liberty Museum and explore the expansive grounds.

Continue your journey to Ellis Island, home to the National Museum of Immigration. Delve into the captivating stories that have woven America's diverse tapestry. Experience a unique adventure with the Hard Hat Tour—an expert-led tour of the unrestored 750-bed Ellis Island Hospital. This exclusive tour unveils hidden facets of the hospital, including the infectious and contagious disease wards, the kitchen, and the mortuary and autopsy room. At its peak, the Ellis Island Hospital stood as the largest Public Health Service facility in the United States.

Day 4 – New York

Today we spend the day exploring Manhattan in your own way. You will also be provided with a 24-hour Hop-on, Hop-Off Bus Pass to help you get around. 

Aladdin

Day 5 – New York

Free time in the morning to relax or venture out and explore on your own. In the afternoon, experience the thrilling theatrical performance of the popular Broadway Show: Aladdin.

Aladdin is a gorgeously produced show that’s a delight from start to finish. The beloved characters from Disney’s 1992 animated hit are given fresh life on the New Amsterdam Theatre stage, including the “Friend Like Me” Genie, who leads two show-stopping musical numbers. The costumes and set design are among the most beautiful on Broadway, and Aladdin and Jasmine’s magic carpet ride to “A Whole New World” inspires gasps of delight. Seven new songs help flesh out a story that keeps audiences entranced all the way through to its happy-ever-after ending.

This evening, join your fellow travellers for a farewell dinner.
