Country music and Christmas collide on this tour of Branson, Nashville and Pigeon Forge. We’ll travel through the beautiful Smoky and Ozark Mountains before stopping in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. From there, we’ll head to Nashville, the heart of country music and the home to some of the most noteworthy entertainment and nightlife in the world. After a memorable evening spent at the infamous Grand Ole Opry, we’re off to Memphis for a trip back in time with The King on a Platinum Tour of Graceland. Finish the tour off with four nights in Branson, where the fun continues as we explore the best that Missouri has to offer.

Itinerary

Finish the tour off with four nights in Branson, where the fun continues as we explore the best that Missouri has to offer.

Day 1 – Home Cities to Winnipeg or Devil's Lake, ND

North coach passengers will travel Highway 16 east picking up along the way en route to Winnipeg. The south coach will travel south crossing into North Dakota and spend the night in Fargo.

Day 2 – Winnipeg/Fargo to Minneapolis, MN/Eau Claire, WI

Travel day as we work our way south.

Day 3 – Minneapolis/Eau Claire to Bloomington, IL/Champaign, IL

From country to city we will see both today. Look way up, as we drive by Chicago.

Day 4 – Bloomington/Champaign to Louisville, KY

“Gentlemen start your engines”, the highlight of our day will be the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum.

Day 5 – Louisville to Pigeon Forge, TN

Our first stop will be at Churchill Downs for a visit to the Kentucky Derby Museum. From there we pass through the Lexington Bluegrass Region and the Smoky Mountains on our way to Pigeon Forge, our home for the next two nights. This evening, we visit Dolly Parton’s Stampede for a unique dinner show.

Day 6 – Pigeon Forge, TN

A fun-filled afternoon at Dollywood, where there’s music, shows, crafts, displays and Chasing Rainbows, Dolly’s very own museum. After dinner we’ll stay awhile to enjoy the 4 million or so lights throughout the park.

Day 7 – Pigeon Forge to Nashville, TN

Pigeon Forge to Nashville, TN. If Nashville is the heart of country music, our venue this evening is its soul. You’ve seen your favourite country artists perform here on TV, or heard them on the radio, and tonight you’ll see them live at The Grand Ole Opry at the Ryman. This will be an evening to remember!

Day 8 – Day 8 - Nashville

Today we will start with a City Tour. Later today we will visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. This museum is home to thousands of priceless artifacts, images, and sounds that have inspired young and old from around the globe. We will also visit RCA Studio B which is the oldest surviving recording studio in Nashville and one of the most famous studios in the world.

Day 9 – Nashville to Memphis, TN

This morning we make our way to Memphis and a fabulous ‘Elvis Experience Tour & Airplanes at Graceland, legendary home of The King, the late, great Elvis Presley.

Day 10 – Memphis to Branson, MO

We make our way into the beautiful Ozark Mountains and our home for the next four nights, Branson.   Our first show is the Grand Jubilee Evening Show.  With “Grand Jubilee,” all the key ingredients are here in this show. great vocalists, masterful musicians, comic geniuses, and unforgettable fun.

Day 12 – Branson

A free morning for optional shows or shopping.  This afternoon’s show is the Dutton Family Matinee Show.  The Duttons are international touring and recording artists who perform bluegrass to classical music and everything in between.  Their show features a variety of instruments, including violin, guitar, bass, viola, banjo, mandolin, keyboard, harmonic, and drums, among others.  The Duttons are accomplished singers and dancers and have been recognized as superb vocal talents.  What sets them apart from most shows is their ability to connect with their audiences. After dinner tonight, The Presleys’ Country Jubilee Show.  Presleys' Country Jubilee is the perfect country gospel variety show that you will enjoy. The show features the popular Presley family, a troupe of local musical legends who have performed in the Ozarks for four generations.  The Presleys’ have always made gospel music a part of their family. The family has taken soulful harmony and lyrical spirituality and put them into their show. Their gospel sounds don't just entertain, they also inspire you. The show doesn't just entertain audience members, it warms their hearts.

Day 13 – Branson

Your last free morning to catch up on some rest, go shopping or take in an optional show.  This afternoon we take a fabulous Dinner Cruise on the Showboat Branson Belle.  The Showboat Branson Belle evokes the spirit of a bygone era when riverboat adventure, glamorous travel and dazzling entertainment converged into what we remember as Those Grand Old Showboatin’ Days!  Enjoy festive holiday entertainment, delicious dining and gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake aboard America's Most Entertaining Christmas Cruise!  Tonight’s show is the Pierce Arrow Evening ShowYear after year, Pierce Arrow gives Branson audiences one incredible show, and now they’re using their phenomenal talent to revisit the “Decades” of great music. The first half of Pierce Arrow’s Decades shares some of the biggest hits of the 1950s and 1960s, the first two decades of rock ‘n’ roll, and the era that gave us great pop music, beautiful ballads, and lots of hot hits from some of music’s most successful quartets - perfect for the boys of Pierce Arrow!  For the second half of the show, the guys visit the 1970s and 1980s, decades that gave us everything from sensational soul to hair bands, and from disco to contemporary country hits.

Day 14 – Branson to St. Joseph, MO

After all the non-stop excitement it will be nice to sit back and relax as we start our journey home.

Day 15 – St. Joseph to Watertown, SD

After a day’s travelling and sightseeing, we’ll stop overnight in Watertown, South Dakota. This evening join your tour director and driver for a WestWorld Tours Farewell Dinner and show (you may even find yourself assisting with the entertainment).

Day 16 – Watertown to Minot, ND/Winnipeg, MB

After a duty free stop the ‘North’ coach heads for Winnipeg where we’ll say goodbye to our Manitoba passengers. The ‘South’ coach will continue on to Jamestown for one more night in the USA.

Day 17 – Winnipeg/Minot to Saskatchewan

This is the last day of your tour as both coaches make their way to Saskatchewan. The ‘North’ coach heads for Saskatoon, and after a Duty Free & Customs stop at North Portal the ‘South’ coach will go north to Regina and home. Thank you for travelling with WestWorld Tours. There is a stigma to bus tours that it is geared for "seniors" (that we were razed a lot when we booked) but I know many 40 - 60 would enjoy the tours if they are sick of driving and the (destination) interests them.
