Northern Manitoba Road

Day 1 – Home City to Winnipeg

Depart from Saskatoon with convenient pick-ups along the way, including Regina and other communities along the number 1 highway. Enjoy a comfortable coach ride through the prairie landscape as you head east toward Winnipeg. Along the way, relax, socialize, and get to know your fellow travelers.

Day 2 – Winnipeg

Start your day at the Quilt Canada Expo, where vibrant displays, workshops, and vendors showcase the best of Canadian quilting.
For those interested, there’s an optional visit to Polo Park Shopping Centre, one of Winnipeg’s largest malls, perfect for browsing local shops or enjoying a coffee break.

* Visit the Canadian Museum for Human Rights any day at your leisure, a powerful and architecturally stunning landmark that offers a moving exploration of global human rights stories.

Day 3 – Winnipeg

Spend the full day immersed in the world of quilting at the Quilt Canada Expo. Explore exhibits, attend demonstrations, and connect with fellow enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned quilter or simply appreciate the artistry, this day promises inspiration and creativity.

*In addition to the main exhibits, the Expo offers workshops, seminars, and special events—perfect for those looking to learn new techniques or deepen their skills. These optional activities can be signed up for directly at the event.

Day 4 – Winnipeg

Enjoy your final day at the Expo, with time to revisit favorite exhibits, shop for unique finds, or attend a final workshop.
In the evening, gather with the group for a Farewell Dinner, celebrating new friendships and shared experiences.

Day 5 – Winnipeg to Saskatchewan

After breakfast, board the coach for your return journey to Saskatchewan. Reflect on the memories made, the quilts admired, and the stories shared as you travel home with inspiration in your heart.
