Day 1 – Arrival in Ottawa, ON

Fly into Ottawa, Canada's picturesque capital city. Upon arrival, enjoy leisure time to settle in and explore the surroundings. In the evening, gather with fellow travelers for a Welcome Dinner and meet your tour companions.

Day 2 – Ottawa

Start your day with a guided city tour of Ottawa, driving past landmarks such as Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, and the historic ByWard Market. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere of the Ottawa Christmas Market, filled with artisan stalls, seasonal treats, and holiday music. Dinner is on your own—choose from cozy market vendors or nearby restaurants. As night falls, enjoy the Winter Lights Across Canada tour, a scenic bus ride showcasing Ottawa’s most iconic sites illuminated in holiday splendor, including the National War Memorial and Rideau Canal Park.

Day 3 – Ottawa

Visit the Canadian Museum of History, where engaging exhibits tell the story of Canada’s past and present.
The afternoon is yours to revisit the Christmas Market or explore the ByWard Market, with a shuttle service available for easy access.
Optional activities on your own include a free guided tour of Parliament or a visit to the Canadian War Museum for a change of scenery from the Christmas festivities.

Day 4 – Ottawa to Montreal

Depart Ottawa and travel to Montreal, with a sweet stop in Montebello, QC for a Chocomotive chocolate tour—a delightful experience that blends artisanal chocolate-making with local heritage.
Upon arrival in Montreal, enjoy a short walk to the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica for the AURA Experience, a breathtaking multimedia show that brings the cathedral’s architecture to life through light and sound.

Day 5 – Montreal

Explore Montreal on a half-day guided city tour, featuring Old Montreal, Mount Royal, and the vibrant downtown core.
Visit the Montreal Tower Funicular, offering panoramic views from the tallest inclined tower in the world.
You’ll also have the option to visit St. Joseph’s Oratory on your own, a serene and spiritual site.

Day 6 – Montreal

Enjoy a free day to explore Montreal’s festive Christmas markets, such as the Great Montreal Christmas Market and Atwater Market, where you’ll find local crafts, gourmet foods, and seasonal entertainment. Take your time to shop, sip hot cider, and soak in the holiday cheer.

 

Maple Tour

Day 7 – Montreal to Quebec City

Travel to Quebec City, stopping en route at Érablière le Chemin du Roy, a traditional maple farm where you’ll enjoy a maple-themed tour and lunch. In the evening, dive into the festive magic of the Quebec City German Christmas Market, spread across multiple enchanting sites including the Bergdorf, Marketplatz, Jardins de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, Sainte-Anne Street, and the Christmas Castle. Expect twinkling lights, German-style chalets, and joyful performances.

Day 8 – Quebec City

Begin your day with a guided city tour of Quebec City, highlighting its European charm, cobblestone streets, and historic architecture.
Spend the afternoon revisiting the Christmas Market or exploring boutiques and cafés in Old Quebec. In the evening, gather for a Farewell Dinner to celebrate the memories made and toast to the holiday season.

Day 9 – Quebec City to home city

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home, filled with festive memories and the spirit of a Canadian Christmas.
