COVID-19 Information

Health & Safety Protocol

Today’s world has changed, but WestWorld Tours remains committed to traveller safety and providing peace of mind while travelling with us. While Covid-19 continues to change our environment, we are doing all that we can to adapt to the new requirements and expectations.

We have introduced enhanced health and safety protocols to keep our guests safe while travelling with us. The well-being of our travellers and our team have always been, and always will be our primary concern.

  • All persons 5 years of age and older travelling with WestWorld Tours, domestic or international, will need to provide government verifiable proof of fully dosed vaccination to the Tour Director before joining the tour. The last dose of vaccine must have been administered at least 15 days prior to departure.
  • WestWorld Tours has implemented a Temporary Masking Requirement onboard all Motorcoaches and highly recommend masking while at indoor public spaces if you cannot maintain a social distance of six feet. We recommend bringing multiple KN95 masks, or better, with you for the duration of the tour. Masks with ventilation valves or an inadequate seal around the mouth and nose will not be allowed. We came to this conclusion based off the arrival of the highly infectious Omicron variants including B.5, increased community transmission levels and feedback from our guests, Tour Directors, and suppliers.

Many of our tours visit communities and areas that are more remote than others and may not have a physical location where you can get a Covid-19 test done for travel. Insurance providers will require proper documentation of a passenger's positive test at time of infection when starting a claim. It is important to contact your insurance provider as soon as possible and work with them to find out what their testing requirements are and what to do in the circumstance where it may be difficult to attain proper documentation.

Travellers will also need to follow any airline and destination government requirements which may be different than WestWorld Tours policy.
