Grab your friends and visit Quilt Canada 2024. Enjoy some of the stops along the way, but the real highlight is spending time at quilt week. Take in exhibits, workshops and lectures from top quilting instructors.

Day 1 – Home City to Edmonton, AB

Starting in Regina, we travel north to Edmonton, picking up fellow travellers along the way.

Day 2 – Edmonton

Enjoy a leisurely start this morning, then the option is yours! West Edmonton Mall, or Old Strathcona, both offer an incredible shopping experience!  West Edmonton Mall is the largest shopping Centre in Canada, with over 800 stores and restaurants, 12 world-class attractions, and 2 hotels. Old Strathcona, located in Edmonton’s Historic District has over 500 shops, stores, and services to explore. This evening enjoy a Welcome Dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day 3 – Edmonton

It’s opening day of Quilt Canada!  Take in the Merchant Mall Vendors or maybe sign up for a workshop or two from the experts (pre-registration for classes required).  There’s also the Quilt Exhibit where you can view all the entries in the 2024 National Juried Show!

Day 4 – Edmonton

Attend the Quilt Show in the morning, in the afternoon visit Fort Edmonton Park.  This heritage park has recreated architecture from 1885, 1905 & 1920, complete with street cars and a train.  Visit the new Indigenous Peoples Experience exhibit which explores life through the diversity of First Nations' and Métis peoples' histories, cultures, experiences, and perspectives, local to Indigenous life in the Beaver Hills, or Edmonton region.

Day 5 – Edmonton

The last day for the Quilt Canada 2024 Expo.  Get in last minute shopping or lectures from the quilting experts.  This evening, enjoy the company of your fellow travellers, tour director, and bus driver at the WestWorld Tours Farewell Dinner.

Day 6 – Edmonton to Home Cities

All good things must come to an end as we head back home to Saskatchewan.
