- Day 1 Home Cities to Rome
Home Cities to Rome
Depart from home cities to Rome.
- Day 2 Rome (Civitavecchia)
Arrive in Rome in the morning and enjoy a quick panoramic tour of the city before transferring to our hotel. The rest of the day is ours to relax or enjoy the local sites. This evening join our fellow travellers for a welcome reception and dinner. (D)
- Day 3 Rome (Civitavecchia)
Today we tour some of Rome’s most famous sites: the Coliseum, the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. After, we enjoy panoramic views of the Circus Maximus, Mouth of Truth and the ancient bridges over the Tiber and the Ara Pacis. The afternoon and evening is ours to enjoy. (B)
- Day 4 Florence
After checking out of the hotel, we enjoy a tour of Vatican City and its Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peters Basilica. Later we make our way to Orvieto for some free time and a guided tour, including its famous Duomo and the Signorelli frescos. After, we head to Florence for the next two nights. (B)
- Day 5 Florence
In the morning, we enjoy a tour of Florence with its Renaissance sights such as the Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Giotto’s Bell Tower. The afternoon and evening is free to enjoy. (B)
- Day 6 Venice
In the morning we visit the Galleria Dell’Accademia, where Michelangelo’s David stands proud. After, we head back to the hotel to checkout. From there we head to Padua to tour the medieval University City. Later we make our way to Venice where we take a private boat transfer to the hotel. (B)
- Day 7 Venice
Today we tour Venice and its many sites, such as St. Mark’s Square and Doge’s Palace. The afternoon is ours to enjoy, why not visit Murano Island and see the world famous blown glasswork or visit the island of Burano, or, take a gondola ride? In the evening enjoy a dinner with entertainment (B, D)
- Day 8 Assisi
This morning we say farewell to Venice as we head to Assisi. In the afternoon we enjoy a walking tour visiting the Basilica of St. Francis. Later in the evening we enjoy a themed dinner in a typical Umbrian restaurant. (B, D)
- Day 9 Sorrento
After checking out of our hotel, we head towards Sorrento, our next stop for two nights. On the way we pass Montecassino and Naples before stopping at Pompeii for an in-depth tour and learn more about what happened that fateful night caused by Mount Vesuvius. (B)
- Day 10 Sorrento
Today we spend the day touring all of the Amalfi Coast. We follow the dramatic scenic road, Corniche, stopping along the way at places such as Belvedere, which overlooks Positano, as well as stopping at Amalfi and Ravello. The rest of the evening is at our leisure. (B)

Today we say farewell to Italy as we head back to Rome to board our home for the next 9 nights, the Royal Caribbean Jewel of the Seas. (B, D)
- Day 12 Sicily
Just a few miles from mainland Italy, Messina has served as a gateway to the island of Sicily since antiquity. Over centuries, the city has been influenced by foreign invaders and powers, and its architecture is a mix of old and new.

Today, we ride the tides and relax.
- Day 14 Mykonos
One of the most popular Greek islands, Mykonos mixes sun, fun, glamour and tradition. Relax at the beach and wander the maze-like streets of the scenic, chic port-town. Delos, a sacred islet of antiquity, is a boat ride away.
- Day 15 Rhodes, Greece
Ancient Rhodes was a bridge between Europe and the east. The walled medieval Old Town reveals the heritage of Byzantines, Christian knights and Ottomans. Venture outside town to enjoy the island’s beaches or explore ancient ruins.
- Day 16 Santorini
No other Greek island is more famous for its romantic setting, mythic beauty, and volcanic scenery. Santorini enchants with a deep blue bay, high cliffs, black and red sand beaches, and white-washed towns perched on the crater rim.
- Day 17 Athens
Discover the splendors of Greece’s epic past in the ancient city that is also the capital of a modern nation. The hilltop Acropolis has overlooked Athens for 2,500 years. Below, a park-like promenade links many iconic sights.
- Day 18 Day spent at sea

Another day of relaxation. At this point you're sipping a refreshing beverage thinking, "could life really get any better than this?"
- Day 19 Naples
One of Europe’s oldest cities, Naples is vibrant and filled with rich artistic and architectural heritage. Nearby sights include the ruins of ancient Pompeii, the idyllic resort isle of Capri, and the jewel-like towns that dot the Amalfi Coast.
- Day 20 Rome (Civitavecchia)
Today we say farewell as we are transferred to Rome for our flights back to Canada.
